Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant concept. It is already here, shaping our work, our tools, and the decisions we make. From AI-powered chatbots to smart recommendations, these technologies are becoming part of everyday life in almost every company.
However, as AI becomes more present, a simple question emerges: how well do we actually understand it? Are we prepared to use it responsibly, to question its outputs, and to fully grasp both its potential and its limitations?
At BitBang, we believe that AI should be accessible to everyone, not just to technical experts. That is why we have created an AI Literacy course. This course is designed to help people across all roles and backgrounds get to know AI in a clear, practical, and responsible way.
The course was designed with different professionals in mind. It is aimed at those already using AI tools at work, whether provided by their company or personally adopted. It is also ideal for individuals who have not yet explored AI but want to be prepared, as well as for teams working in areas where AI projects are starting to take shape. Whether you are curious, cautious, or somewhere in between, this course can provide the knowledge and confidence to approach AI in a practical, responsible way.
We have designed AI Literacy to fit easily into busy workdays. The core program is delivered in four short, remote sessions, each lasting just two hours. And because every company has its own priorities, we can also tailor the course with more technical insights or with real business case studies, depending on what is most relevant for your teams.
Throughout the sessions, we explore what Artificial Intelligence really is, how it works, and how it has evolved. We explain key concepts like Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models, the technology behind AI chatbots like ChatGPT. We also look at the limitations and risks of these tools, along with the real opportunities and challenges of introducing AI into the workplace.
In addition to lessons on theory, AI Literacy also focuses on practical skills, such as knowing when to trust an AI system, when to question it, and how to use it in a responsible, thoughtful way. It is about helping people become active, aware users of AI, not passive consumers of its outputs.
The course is led by BitBang’s team of experts in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, together with legal professionals specializing in data protection, tech law, and cybersecurity. This combined perspective helps participants build a solid, well-rounded understanding of AI and how to approach it in real work situations.
Artificial Intelligence is no longer something of the future. It is part of the present. Understanding it is the first step to using it well.
