David Raab, CDP Institute Founder
David Raab, a prominent marketing technology consultant and industry analyst, coined the term “Customer Data Platform” (CDP) in 2013 after identifying emerging tools that unified customer data from multiple sources. He published the first CDP industry report that year and has since shaped the field through research, writings, and presentations. In 2016, he founded the CDP Institute to educate and connect industry players.
Diana Comsa, Global Director – Customer Data Products, Condé Nast
Diana Comsa is an international marketer and martech enthusiast, with a diverse track record in over 30 countries across the retail and media industries. In her role at Conde Nast, Diana is in charge of enabling customer experiences through a solid foundation of first party data and implementation of customer data platforms across all markets and brands like Vogue, Wired, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker and more. A mentor, board member and frequent speaker at martech conferences, Diana is also part of Women in Data UK, promoting data literacy and diversity in data science and analytics.
Frans Riemersma, Martech Analyst & Consultant, Martech Tribe
Frans Riemersma is a leading Martech expert, researcher, and speaker. Founder of MartechTribe, he helps brands optimize technology stacks. He co-authored key Martech reports on composability and GenAI. A lecturer at Business Universities & Schools, he shapes industry insights through research, consulting, and speaking at global events.
Alberto Mattiello, Business Futurist, Speaker, Author, Entrepreneur, Retail Hub
Based in Miami, Alberto Mattiello speaks and moderates over 100 events annually. His theories, including Innovation Success, Brand Robotics, and Multiverse AI have been covered in his books, including ‘Disruption,’ ‘Customer Success’ and ‘Marketing Thinking.’ He has also curated a series of MIT Sloan books for the Italian edition and contributed to Confindustria as a scientific committee member.
Alberto mentors startups and retail giants as a Head of Innovation at Retail Hub and teaches Marketing and Innovation at top institutions, including Imperial College London and Bocconi University. In the past, he led Future Thinking at Wunderman-Thompson and co-founded companies: Eitherland, the first outdoor workplace ecosystem that won several design awards, and LabNext agency, recognized by Wired as “the Italian Think Tank.” Today, he helps steer companies toward Innovation Success and connect the dots between new technologies, business opportunities, and emerging market expectations.
