About the Event
The 2026 Customer Data Forum, organized by the CDP Institute, Customer Data Alliance, and BitBang, will take place in Milan on May 14, bringing together leaders and innovators who are redefining how companies put the customer at the center using data, Customer Data Platforms, and AI.
This edition will explore how connected data, intelligent technologies, and modern martech architectures enable personalized experiences, optimized customer journeys, and faster, data-driven decisions. Through keynotes, panels, and real-world case studies, attendees will learn how to build integrated data ecosystems that deliver immediate and scalable value.
The forum is designed for professionals across key industries — Retail, Banking, Pharma, Luxury, Media, Telco, Manufacturing, and Travel — as well as for those shaping strategy and innovation: Marketing & Digital Leaders, Data & Analytics, CRM, IT, CX, and Business Decision-Makers.
The day also includes over three hours of networking during coffee breaks and a closing aperitif, offering a unique opportunity to connect with peers, experts, and leading vendors in the customer data space.
*Please note that this event is designed for end-users. Consultants who wish to attend the event may do so by purchasing a ticket for the cost of 500 euros.
